PROCESS & PROVISIONS OF

INCORPORATION OF COMPANY

(PRIVATE LIMITED)

Short Summary:

Transitioning from the Companies Act 1956 to the Companies Act 2013 is akin to relocating from your previous residence to an altogether new one. The provisions have been updated with the new Act, 2013. As a business consultant, I understand the importance of staying up to date with the latest regulations. The Central Government has made several amendments in response to the new act through notifications and other means. Several amendments have been made in previous years regarding the incorporation of new companies, just like in this case.
